With your hosts Nikolaj — formerly a Michelin-starred restaurateur at Ensemble in Copenhagen — and Sofie, whose historical roots are tied to the inn, you’re in for a unique experience full of delightful flavors in the woods.
We have great respect for the inn’s history and for the special place it holds in many Bornholm hearts.
That’s why we take great pride in preserving the unique spirit of this place — while bringing it into the present — all year round.
